The rooms are large and well appointed. Even the bathroom shower is spacious and there's a heated floor which is great for chillier mornings! If you prefer, there's also a large bathtub that I neglected to soak in. Too bad! Lots of closet space to store your personal belongings as well as a safe and large and fuzzy robes to wear during your downtime. There's a fridge and mini bar that's that's nicely but simple stocked. The fridge also had plenty of room to put your own purchases in.

Like many other lodgings in Joburg, this place has got a nice security set up. So you won't feel in danger or anything like that. Plus, the night watchman is paying attention. I ran out once to pick up some food delivery and he had his eye out to make sure all was well which I thought was terribly kind.
Every early morning he was also there to greet me and my friend as we departed on our excursions around Joburg.

I can't say enough good things about this place. If I ever have reason to come back to the area, I would not hesitate to book my stay here. I would be excited to know that I was coming back.

An extremely nice hotel. All the rooms have double doors which open up to a courtyard and pool. Our room was very nice. We stayed there 4 nights. The staff are excellent. They serve breakfast in the morning, and dinner upon request.

This beautiful home away from home with its amazing HUGE rooms leaves you feeling at home. The staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast menu awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. They pay such attention to detail like offering me soup on a cold winter night and buying the biggest foam bath bottle I have ever seen cause I asked if they had any. The decor is beautiful!!!They really are such an amazing team. love love this place

Very welcoming staff. Professional executive room for business meetings exceeded expectations. Bedrooms incredibly large and luxurious. Great value. Staff very helpful. Will definitely be back for further business trips and will recommend Gardenia Boutique Hotel. Rated of 9.5.

I liked everything about the place,staff nd the receptionist they were so nice and humble. We enjoyed ourselves from breakfast to dinner it was awesome and not forgetting the spacious room and bathroom,we wouldn't mind visiting the hotel again

Lovely big rooms that open on to a beautiful pool and garden. Great location and good value for money.

A+ experience
This is the hotel staff that made my stay so special: caring and willing to solve any problem/request. Clean and spacious rooms, heated floor in the bathroom was a life-saver when it got chilly outside, safe gated community. Continental breakfast makes a good start of the day, there's tea and coffee available in the room at no cost, nice restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive (uber is available). Hot soup in the evening as a compliment was very much appreciated. The territory is nice and well-maintained, it was great to be able to catch sun and enjoy blue sky on the balcony. Too bad it was too cold to use the swimming pool. Thank you for making my introduction to SA so easy and pleasant.

The flexible accommodation the lovely staff and convenient location.One young man in particular,I think he was called Owen was fabulous,extremely helpful.On our first night of arriving he rustled up a lovely dinner for us.He also went beyond the call of duty and on his day off went into the kitchen and made for our grandmother,a tasty cheese and ham toasty for her lunch,marvellous!!
